Student and International Student Registration:

*A student must be currently enrolled at a tertiary institution.
**To be eligible for the International student rate, you must be living and studying at an institution outside of New Zealand. The first 200 international students who apply are eligible for this special rate.

How to Register

Registration has now closed.

Register nowPayments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted (secure transmission facilities provided). 

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your forms and fees. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Accommodation

Bookings for accommodation can be made on the online registration form at the time of registration. Bookings should be made no later than 17 July 2014. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. In order to secure your reservation, we require payment of one night's room rate. Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received prior to 30 June 2014. After that date no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Onsite Registration

If you are unable to register and pay before arriving in New Zealand, onsite registration is possible. Please note all payments received at the Conference must be in New Zealand dollars or via Mastercard or Visa, no other currencies will be accepted. Tickets for the social functions are limited, tickets for these functions cannot be guaranteed for onsite registrations.

The Registration and Information Desk will be open at the following times:

Visa Information

All visitors to New Zealand must have a valid passport for at least three months beyond the intended stay in New Zealand.

Citizens of some countries must obtain a Visitor’s Visa. Visa information and the visa application form are available on: www.immigration.govt.nz.

If you require a Visitor’s Visa, please allow at least 5-6 weeks for processing.

If you are a citizen of a country which has a visa waiver agreement with New Zealand, you do not need to apply for a visa to visit New Zealand but you must:

* Hold a valid ticket from New Zealand to a country where you have the right of entry
* Have sufficient money to support yourself during your stay in New Zealand
* Hold a passport valid for 3 months beyond the date you intend leaving New Zealand
* Remain in New Zealand only for the time granted on your arrival

Transit in Australia

If your travel itinerary includes a transit stop in Australia you may need an Australian Transit Visa.

Failure to obtain this visa in advance of your travel may result in you being unable to board your aircraft.

Invitation Letter

Should you require an invitation letter to support your application for a New Zealand visa, please email us at scar2014@tcc.co.nz. In order to comply with New Zealand Immigration, invitation letters will only be supplied to attendees who have registered and paid for the Conference. If you have not paid your registration fees, we will be unable to send you an invitation letter.
